  I went in for a cavity fill. They took me back and gave me Novocain injections and said “we’ll let that sit for about 10 minutes and then we’ll get started.” ONE HOUR LATER they return and say “are you ready? Are you numb yet?” Are you KIDDING me?! Duh I’m numb, you gave me the shot an HOUR ago! As she proceeded I had a couple teeth that didn’t want to take the Novocain - not a big deal, I told them to proceed and I would just have to push through the pain. NOPE they just continued to give me more and more Novocain to the point where my face was numb from my neck to my hairline (the teeth never did get numb as mentioned earlier.) I ended up being in the office for 3 hours! I ended up being numb from 11:30 am til 9:30 pm. Ridiculous! In addition, the dentist is very rude. She has no idea how to talk to patients and would get distracted watching the tv while she was supposed to be working on my teeth - which made the whole process take even longer. In addition to all that, I just sent my X-rays to my long time dentist back in my home state and he said I don’t have any cavities and didn’t need to get any fillings. I made a huge mistake by not getting a second opinion first. This place is all about the money. They told me I had 9 cavities...NINE! When I actually have 0. To add to all that, I didn’t have any pain prior to going here, and now I have so much pain I can’t chew on the right side of my mouth. Do yourself a HUGE favor and do NOT go here. Please look elsewhere.
